I first stepped into the content-creating world in 2017; I was attending the School of Visual Arts for filmmaking at the time and was really intrigued by the Instagram world. Faraway destinations felt like they were on the tips of my fingers, and I thought it was so amazing that there were people out there traveling and documenting their adventures to share with the world. Just like for most people, Instagram was a place for me to post some cool photos of what I was up to for my friends and family at the time. Things really changed for me after I went on my first international trip with a friend.
It was spring break when we made our way to Italy and France. Something about being abroad and experiencing new food and cultures really sparked something inside me. I documented my trip through photography, even though I didn't know what I was doing at the time. The feeling of expressing myself through a lens just felt right and something clicked for me.
When I returned home, I realized I needed travel and photography to become a big part of my life. I decided to chase my dream and picked up my first real camera.
A couple of months after practicing my photography and posting my photos on IG, a few NYC influencers reached out to me over DMs asking if I wanted to collaborate. Those collaborations gave me confidence and cemented the drive to continue this newfound passion of mine.
Somewhere in those first couple of months, I grew a small New York based following and booked a few collaborations with local hotels and restaurants.
A few months later, I embarked on my one-way ticket to South America and my audience continued to grow. The number of people that were invested in my journey was unimaginable to me! I was grateful for everything, despite all the struggle and obstacles I had to endure to get there. There were a lot of things that I had to learn from the ground up to get to where I am today.
And finally, after two years of working on it, my new E-Book, "Turn Your Dreams into a Reality" is finally here! I’ve jam-packed everything I know and have ever learned into one place to give back to everyone who’s supported me throughout this journey. I’m thrilled at the opportunity to finally share it with all of you.
